Ammonoosuc Inn GUEST COMFORT POLICY :

The Inn not
appropriate for children under the age of 15

Our goal is to offer a relaxing intimate atmosphere for
romantic getaways.
As such, we do not have the facilities to entertain small
children.
2.
The Inn is a Smoke
Free Facility (permitted in designated
outdoor areas only)

A section of our 150’ covered Porch is available to our
smoking guests.
3. The Inn is a Pet Free
Facility
- The Resident
Pet is a
Pembroke Welch Corgi – she is never permitted to roam around the Inn – We fully
understand that certain guests may have allergies and as such we cannot permit any pets
within the Inn itself.
CHECK-IN TIME :
3:00pm - 10:00pm

Early Check-In Package:
is available upon request at time of booking your reservation. This option
will allow you to check-in as early as 1:00pm and will be billed at a
rate
of $25.
To ensure our registered guests comfort, the Ammonoosuc Inn always keeps
the front door locked until 3:00pm standard check-in time.
CHECK-OUT TIME : 11:00AM
Late Check-Out Package:
is available if your room is not booked on the date of your departure. This
option is available from 11:00am - 2:00pm only and will be billed at a
rate
of $45.
Due to last minute bookings, this option can only be approved the
evening before your departure - You will be refunded total ammount of this
package if room is booked - please inquire at the front desk.
CANCELLATION
POLICY :
A deposit of 50% of your Entire Stay is required to secure a Reservation.
1. In the event of a
cancellation prior to 14 days of your arrival date, full deposit
will be returned.
2. In the event of a
cancellation less than 14 days of your arrival date but more than 7
days you will receive a gift certificate for the full value of your
deposit - valid for 6 months from issuance.
3. In the event of a
cancellation 7 days or less
you will be charged for the entire stay
NO SHOWS,
LATE ARRIVALS OR EARLY DEPARTURES:
You will be responsible for and charged for the entire stay.
The Ammonoosuc Inn
is a small eight room Bed and Breakfast. When you reserve one of our rooms, we
remove the room from our inventory; we never overbook, so you are always
guaranteed the room you selected. Since the room you booked is no longer
available to other potential guest, we need to implement a reasonable
cancellation policy. It is very difficult to rebook a room on short notice, and
we have probably refused prior reservation requests for the room you selected.
